Passionfruit

“Passionfruits”, in collaboration with Henry D. Lee, featured portraits of 5 Colombian drag queens, on wood panels sourced from Artesanias Rosalba. Each colour palette was inspired by a Colombian fruit. Henry re-imaged these portraits in different mediums. He created one version of each original painting in relief layers of coloured cardstock and he created a second version of each original painting with layers of coloured adhesive on individual acrylic panels.
